American-Danish Business Council (ADBC) is very excited about the news of Ramboll receiving the Transatlantic Company of the Year Award. Ramboll is a member of ADBC.
AmCham Denmark (The American Chamber of Commerce in Denmark) presented the prestigious Transatlantic Company of the Year award to Ramboll at AmCham’s 2019 Transatlantic Summit on Wednesday afternoon.
Ramboll is a leading engineering, design and consultancy company founded in Denmark in 1945 and employing more than 15,000 experts globally. At the awards, the company was recognized for its great investments, impressive growth and a strong focus on sustainable solutions while being an active participant in the societies where the company operates.
Amcham and ADBC have a long-standing and successful cooperation. At ADBC, we cherish the great work of Amcham, and support its commitment to building a competitive business environment in Denmark, and assist Danish companies entering the U.S. – Denmark’s third largest market.
Ramboll was selected from the eight award finalists, which included Ambu, Cludo, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Haldor Topsøe, Leman, Leo Pharma, and Shark Solutions – all with great accomplishments in the United States. The independent jury was comprised of Jørgen Bardenfleth (Lyngsoe Systems et al.), Thomas Bustrup (DI) and Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae (Bo Concept, TCM, etc.).
