For the past five years, Maja worked in the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs focusing on – among other things – digitization, data ethics and cyber security. Moreover, Maja has previously worked on international enterprise and trade policy, especially with a focus on the European Single Market.
At the Embassy, Maja will be responsible for following health policy in Congress, the Administration and in selected states. In close cooperation with the Trade Council’s health team, Maja will be promoting the Danish life science sector based on a strong public-private partnership and a health sector that delivers cost-efficient, citizen-centred healthcare of the highest quality.
