As of January 1 2019, the daily management of the American Danish Business Council is undergoing a change with regards to the secretariat provided by the Trade Council. Heidi Roborg Storgaard, whom has been acting as the Deputy Executive Secretary will be transitioning to another position at the Danish Embassy and hence ADBC would like to welcome her successor, Mathias Nielsen. Going forward, Mathias will be assisting Trade Counselor and Executive Secretary, Jess Møller Knudsen, in managing the activities of the ADBC.

Mathias is specialized in International Business with expertise in cross-border operations and has a successful record of accomplishment in engaging with professional networks. Mathias is already a well-known person to the Danish Embassy as he has previously served as an Intern in the Trade Council. Apart from managing the ADBC, Mathias is employed as Commercial Advisor by the Trade Council in Washington DC.

The ADBC Secretariat will additionally continue to benefit from having one of the Embassy’s Trade Interns assisting ADBC full time.
