On September 28, the American-Danish Business Council had the pleasure of hosting a reception at the residence for the new Ambassador of Denmark to the United States, Jesper Møller Sørensen. The Royal Danish Embassy in Washington D.C. also welcomed a number of new colleagues including the new Head of Trade and Regional Director, Jeppe Fredslund, as well as His Royal Highness General Brigadier, Prince Joachim. During the event, there were welcoming remarks by Representative Steny Hoyer, focusing on the importance of the ties and cooperation between the U.S. and Denmark. More than 300 participants attended the reception.
